Sam Loveland

Sam has more than 20 years of experience in enterprise software and customer experience management. She is responsible for all post-sales services efforts at FinancialForce.com. In her role, she is responsible for the Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Support and Training functions.

Prior to joining FinancialForce, she was a member of the management team at Yammer that was successfully acquired by Microsoft. There she ran the Customer Engagement organization worldwide. Before that, she was a Vice President at salesforce.com, a leader in Saas and CRM solutions where she ran Customer Success and other services teams. Previously, she was a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting focused on CRM and its impact to industries.

Sam also is an advisor to BrightTalk, a powerful marketing platform that accelerates business and professional growth through videos and webinars. She advises them in various areas, including how to build a world-class customer success organization. She has a degree in Quantitative Economics and Decision Sciences from UCSD, and her MBA from Columbia University. Outside of work, she is a proud mother of a boy and girl, and enjoys going wine tasting with her husband.
