Sanjay Patel

Sanjay Patel is a Principal Strategist at CableLabs in Louisville, CO. where he leads technology strategy analyses alongside the organization’s innovation and R&D teams. Areas of focus include Wireless (5G fixed wireless substitution, MVNO business models and economics, 3.5 GHz and C-Band spectrum opportunities), Fixed Broadband (bandwidth demand growth modeling, DOCSIS/fiber migration strategies), and Video (OTT threats, IP video migration). Before joining CableLabs in 2015, Sanjay led product and strategy for Comcast’s wholesale business unit. Prior to that he held a number of roles in finance, product, strategy and corporate development for Level 3 Communications. In addition to being a former CPA, Sanjay has a B.S. in Finance and an MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University.
