Scott Meikle

Scott Meikle is President of Inotera Memories, Inc. Prior to being appointed as Inotera’s President in September 2012, he served as the Executive Vice President of Inotera since June, 2010.

Prior to joining Inotera, Scott was Factory Manager in charge of managing Micron’s manufacturing facility in Japan since September 2005, focusing on manufacturing efficiency, organizational development and integration of domestic workforce into a multinational company. From 2002 till 2005, he served as Micron Virginia Pilot Line Manager, leading the start-up and volume ramp of Micron’s first 300mm manufacturing facility. Scott joined Micron in 1991 and was responsible for research and development work, contributing to new materials, processes and IP development for Micron’s semiconductor technology base.

Scott holds a Ph.D. in Engineering Physics from Shizuoka University, a M.S. in Engineering Physics from McMaster University, and a B.Sc. in Physics from University of Calgary.
