Seong Kyu Lee

Mr. Seong-Kyu Lee is the Head of the R&DD Division and is a Managing Partner at STIC. Mr. Lee focuses on providing STIC’s Investment Divisions with up-to-date industry insights and in-depth analysis of specific technologies. Mr. Lee is one the most seasoned investment professionals at STIC with deep industry knowledge and a broad network in Korea.

Prior to joining STIC in 1999, he worked as an Analyst and Team Manager in the Department of Research & Analysis at Shinhan Securities Co., Ltd. from 1993 to 1999. At Shinhan Securities, Mr. Lee analyzed a number of emerging companies and advised corporate investors on venture capital investments. Mr. Lee was recently awarded the “Best Investment Professional” at the 2011 Korean Venture Capital Association annual awards.
