Sercan Altundas

Sercan is the Developer of Ready Player Me, the leading cross-platform avatar system for the metaverse. He currently is the SDK and Integrations Team Leader and has been helping the top technology companies integrate avatars into their applications.

Sercan is a multi-disciplinary software engineer with a game and web development background. He studied Computer Engineering at Ege University and completed his MSc in Software Engineering at the Tallinn University of Technology and the University of Tartu. Later he continued his career at Wolf3D and worked on many avatar and metaverse projects. He kickstarted Ready Player Me at Wolf3D and has been working on it since then.

Currently, he develops tools for different platforms to ensure frictionless delivery of avatars. At the moment, Ready Player Me has more than 10,000 partner companies. And, with ever-growing numbers, user and developer experience plays a crucial role in Ready Player Me's success.
