I am a financial executive with in-depth understanding of Business processes, passion for excellence and strong result orientation, through 20 years international exposure to Fast Moving Consumer Goods (P&G, Danone and Bolton), in four different countries (Italy, France, New Zealand and Spain) and over 3 years as Group CFO in a Private Equity Owned Software Group with a strong entrepreneurial approach. My CFO career ranges from stable environments (CFO Europe) to growth environments (CFO EMEA) with focus on the development of new geographies (Global Business development / M&A experienced) I am used to work in highly entrepreneurial contexts and multicultural environments and I am able to effectively manage geographically dispersed teams. Leadership, coaching and empowerment allowed the development of high potential Directors out of my teams. I am also experienced in the restructuring and the launch of efficiency programs aimed at cost savings, in the listing of Corporate Bonds in the financial markets, in keeping relationships with Banks for extraordinary PE operations and with Rating Agencies
