Shaun Foy

Shaun Foy is a Chairman of the Board and Co-Founder of ERS Genomics. He is an experienced life sciences investor and entrepreneur. He was previously a partner and one of the founding team members of Nomura Phase4 Ventures, with significant experience investing in companies focused on gene and cell therapies. Some of the companies he was involved with include ImmGenics, Avant Immunotherapeutics, Viacell, Targacept, Arakis, Aryx Therapeutics, Acadia Pharmaceuticals, Chroma Therapeutics and Nabriva Therapeutics.

Shaun also worked with Nomura’s healthcare corporate finance group and brings significant experience in financing and corporate development. Shaun is a CFA® charterholder and holds an MSc in cell biology and immunology from the University of British Columbia in Canada
