Sour Chhor is the COO and General Manager of Toro Europe.
Sour has more than 20 years of experience in high-tech industry. He was General Manager of the smart card and NFC businesses for Philips/NXP Semiconductors for which he launched NFC in cooperation with Sony in 2002.
