Stuart Fuhlendorf

Stu Fuhlendorf has a broad financial and operational background that spans finance, information technology, human resources and international operations for both private and public technology companies. Stu spent more than ten years as chief financial officer for two publicly traded technology companies, led both companies through initial public offerings and was instrumental in scaling their operations both domestically and internationally. Most recently, Stu was vice president of Lincoln Partners, a leading Chicago-based investment bank, where he led merger and acquisition initiatives for electronic manufacturing services and technology companies. Previously, Stu was chief financial officer of EFTC (now Suntron), a publicly-traded electronics manufacturing company; chief financial officer at Metawave Communications Corporation, a wireless communications company; and managed financial projects for Martin Marietta Corporation, a top aerospace and defense company. Stu holds a master's of business administration degree from the University of San Diego and a bachelor's of arts degree in social sciences from the University of Northern Colorado.
