Terence C. Golden

Terence C. Golden served as our President and Chief Executive Officer from 1995 until his retirement in May 2000. He is the Chairman of Bailey Capital Corporation. In addition, Mr. Golden is a Director of Pepco Holdings, Inc., Stemnion, Inc. and the Chairman of Kipp-DC. In past years, Mr. Golden served as Chief Financial Officer of The Oliver Carr Company, a Director of Cousins Properties, Inc., as a member of the G2 Satellite Solutions Advisory Committee and was also co-founder and national managing partner of Trammell Crow Residential Companies. He served as Administrator of the General Services Administration from 1985 to 1988 and was Assistant Secretary of the Treasury from 1984 to 1985.
