Teresa Hayes

As vice president of client experience, Teresa ‘Terry’ Hayes, MSN, CPNP, CNOR, works directly with hospital executives to understand their individual organizational needs, and tailors the PerfectServe clinical communications platform to improve clinician workflow and coordination of care.

Hayes brings more than three decades of hands-on experience in healthcare as a pediatric nurse practitioner, including an extensive background managing ambulatory surgery and perioperative services departments, as well as community hospitals. Prior to joining PerfectServe, she served as the vice president of professional services at Picis, a high acuity medical software solutions vendor acquired by Optum, where she developed business transformation consulting services and managed client relationships with a diverse set of healthcare organizations.

In addition to her broad professional and clinical background, Hayes holds a master’s degree in science from the University of Texas, and both a bachelor’s degree in the science of nursing and an associate’s degree in nursing from Armstrong State College.
