Thibaud Bussiere

A graduate of Ecole Supérieure d’Ingénieurs of Luminy (Engineering), Thibaud began his career as a software architect and developer at Calendra SA a company in the Identity Management market. While a member of Calendra’s R&D team, he developed expertise in the performance testing market to meet the needs of Calendra’s customers. The subsequent search for a powerful yet comprehensive performance testing solution along with BMC software’s acquisition of Calendra led to the founding of Neotys and the development of NeoLoad. In 2004, he left Calendra to found Neotys with a clear vision to deliver expert technology with core values focused on user needs, accessibility and ease of use. Thibaud played an active part in the R&D Department until 2008 when he focused on structuring and managing the company. As Neotys grew Thibaud ensured the original core values continued to drive all aspects of the company.
