Thierry Fautier

Thierry Fautier is Vice President of Solutions and Strategy, where his area of responsibility covers all of Harmonic’s major markets, including broadcast, cable, telco, DTH and OTT. Prior to becoming VP of Solutions and Strategy, Fautier was Senior Director of Convergence Solutions, responsible for leading Harmonic’s global multiscreen initiatives across all markets. Fautier was also responsible for pioneering Harmonic’s leading position in the IPTV segment since 2004.

Before joining Harmonic, he was Vice President of Marketing for Vsofts and held various positions at Philips in Research, Engineering and Marketing. Fautier was one of the primary drivers at Philips in the creation of MPEG technology and in the development of the first MPEG-2 STB system on chip solutions. An experienced speaker, he has presented at leading industry conferences throughout the world.
