Bio
Thomas leads the Microniche laboratory at the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Geneva. Biologist by training, he holds a PhD in microtechnology. His interdisciplinary skills were rewarded with gold and silver medals at the International Science Olympiads in Physics and Chemistry. After his PhD, he moved to Harvard University to develop transplantation therapies, before developing Volumina Medical’s core technology together with Amélie. Thomas brings outstanding expertise in tissue engineering and a passion for high quality and reliability.
