Thomas McInerney

Thomas J. McInerney joined Altaba Inc. as Chairman Of The Board Of Directors in 2022. McInerney has served as a member of yahoo! board since April 2012. McInerney served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of IAC/InterActiveCorp from January 2005 to March 2012. From January 2003 through December 2005, McInerney was Chief Executive Officer of IAC's retailing division.

Before that time, McInerney served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ticketmaster, formerly Ticketmaster Online-CitySearch, Inc. In these roles, he was responsible for all financial operations including SEC reporting, planning and budgeting, financial analysis and shareholder relations, and tax. He also worked closely with the business development team on strategic planning and acquisitions.

McInerney also was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley for eleven years, advising a wide variety of public companies across several industries on restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and other capital raising activities.

He also serves on the boards of HSN, Inc. and Interval Leisure Group, Inc.
