Tim Harvey

Timothy (Tim) M. Harvey, Tim has been the Chief Executive Officer of Perimeter eSecurity, Inc. since November, 2009. Mr. Harvey served as the Chief Executive Officer of XAware Inc., since February 27, 2006 and served as its President.

He served as the President of SynQuest Inc., since December 1999 and Chief Operating Officer since July 1998. He also served as the Chief Operating Officer and President of Viewlocity Inc. He served as a Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Product Management at S1 Corporation, a leading global provider of enterprise software and services to the financial services industry.

From July 1996 to June 1998, Mr. Harvey served as an Executive Vice President of Field Operations at SynQuest, Inc.

From March 1988 to June 1996, Mr. Harvey served as a Vice President of worldwide field operations at Datalogix International (Datalogix and Management Science America.), an enterprise resource planning vendor acquired by Oracle Corporation in 1996.

From November 1982 to March 1988, Mr. Harvey held various positions at Management Science America, Inc., an enterprise applications provider. He also served for four years as an Officer in the United States Marine Corps.

He served as a Director of XAware, Inc. Mr. Harvey received a B.S. in Business Administration majored in Finance from the University of Florida.
