Vince Price

Vince supports Cambia's navigation of health care's changing landscape by ensuring the organization's ability to remain agile and innovative, yet strategically grounded and financially sound. As the leader of Cambia's actuarial, underwriting, finance, and real estate and facilities teams, Vince helps guide the organization's financial performance in line with its nonprofit mission.

Vince plays a key role in ensuring the financial stability of Cambia's health insurance plans by providing strategic counsel and financial modeling in tune with the evolving dynamics of a post-reform market place. He and his teams work to identify and support internal cost-stewardship efficiencies that lead to reduced administrative costs, while establishing accurate product prices to ensure the company's long-term ability to pay members anticipated claims.

Vince and his teams also lead the diversification of Cambia's company portfolio by providing optionality and valuation in the development and capital allocation of more than a dozen direct health solutions companies. Value realization is critical to Cambia's investment approach and Vince plays a critical role in establishing clear and rigorous performance expectations.

Vince joined the company in late 2009, having previously spent 15 years as a senior finance executive with Intel, then seven years as a consultant and CFO for a start-up. He serves on the board of trustees of BCS Financial's Plan Investment Fund. He also is a founding member and treasurer of the Children's Heart Foundation, Oregon Chapter.

He received his bachelor's degree from South Dakota State University. His MBA is from Arizona State University.
