Vishal Brown

Vishal Brown is the Portfolio Leader of Digital Workplace Services and BPO/BPaaS at NTT Data. With over 20 years of experience helping large enterprises adopt next-generation enterprise communication and collaboration solutions, Vishal Brown was charged with leading Yorktel’s Product Management and Consultancy Divisions. His roles included developing products and services to meet emerging market trends for Digital Transformation initiatives in the Modern Workplace.

Joining Yorktel in 2011 as the Vice President of Yorktel Consultancy to ensure the delivery of high-level advisory services that guide businesses and government agencies to develop, implement and manage effective video communications within the wider Enterprise Communications landscape. Prior to joining Yorktel, Vishal directed a team within McKinsey & Company that developed global UC&C strategy for its clients, consultants and corporate executives. As a Senior Video Engineer for Morgan Stanley and then IAC/InterActiveCorp, Vishal created industry-leading interactive business solutions and steered evaluation and implementation of conference room management applications for rooms and meeting spaces globally.
