Wayne Woolston

As president and chief operating officer of Nintex, Wayne Woolston brings more than 35 years of IT industry experience to the company. A seasoned company leader, his experience ranges from multinational vendors to national and regional systems integrators and start-ups. Wayne previously held key roles as managing director at 3D Networks (Australia), regional vice president at Nortel Networks, and managing director at Exicom Communications Systems.

Wayne began his career in engineering before moving into the commercial arena, progressing through the customer service, sales, marketing, systems and business planning disciplines. Having spent much of his career with a focus on the value chain, Wayne holds a particular affinity for channels of distribution, and has served most recently as a strategy advisor to product vendors. He has enhanced his keen interest in company cultures by driving numerous company integrations that resulted from acquisitions and mergers.
