Wes Ferrari

Wes brings to Idealab 20+ years of experience managing information systems and technologies.

Just before joining the Idealab team in May 2000, Wes served as a Managing Director for IKON Office Solutions (NYSE), an outsourcing firm providing a broad spectrum of technology-related services to both large companies and entrepreneurial ventures. Until its acquisition by IKON,

Wes was co-founder of Alliance Computer Group, a technology integration, and professional services company specializing in high-performance LAN and WAN design, network security, and optimization, and cloud hosting provisioning and management.

Wes holds B.S. degrees in Biology and Anthropology from Loma Linda University, completed postgraduate work in computer engineering at UC San Diego, and holds an M.B.A. from the Fisher School of International Business at the Monterey Institute of International Studies.

When not spending his spare time restoring a 1917 Craftsman bungalow, Wes enjoys hiking and mountain biking in the San Gabriel mountains with his human (and canine) family.
