Will Rabke

Will serves as the go-to legal counsel for NRV and many of NRV's portfolio companies, advising on transaction structures, investment terms and internal governance matters. As a business owner in his prior career before law school, Will attempts to deliver legal counsel efficiently and pragmatically. After leaving one of Richmond's largest law firms to join the boutique law firm of Graybill, Lansche & Vinzani, Will has been able to use his entrepreneurial skills to become more active in the Central Virginia early stage ecosystem. Through his role with NRV, Will is able to serve as an important resource for the boards and management teams of NRV's portfolio companies.
