Yoav Sebba

Yoav joined in 1998 to the venture capital division of the XT Group, which is a global holding company operating in diverse industrial fields such as Shipping, Energy, Chemicals, Automotive & Media. From 1998 to 2006, Yoav served in Yozma Venture Capital (in which the XT Group was a founding partner), initially as an analyst & later as a principal and a partner. From 2006 to-date, Yoav is serving in XT Hi-Tech, initially as a vice president & now as one of its Managing Directors. Prior to joining the XT Group, Mr. Sebba served as a project manager at one of Israel's leading commercial banks and at a leading consulting firm. Yoav had the honor to serve in the board of directors of Cognitens (acquired by Hexagon; STO: HEXAB), Kailight Photonics (acquired by Optium; Nasdaq: OPTM), Impactia Technologies (acquired by eWave), BeamUps Technologies, Applied Spectral Imaging, Paragon Communications, Pegasus Technologies, Cognifit, Tevet (acquired by NanoMetrics; Nasdaq: NANO), CommonSense, KiloLambda, HyWire, NanoPass, IntraTech, PainReform and NextNine (acquired by Honeywell). Yoav is currently honored to serve in the board of directors of ZIM Integrated Shipping, Phytech, Sofwave, Epitomee, Healthy.io, Cymbio, & Vessle. Yoav holds B.Sc. in Management and Industrial Engineering, with distinction, from the Technion Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the Haifa University (without distinction :)).
