Yuri Udaltsov

Yuri Udaltsov is the Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board, Head of the Venture Capital Investment Division and Member of the Executive Board since February 2014 at RUSNANO MC LLC.

Previously, From June 2012 till February 2014 Yuri was Director for Innovative Development and Head of the Analytical Division of OJSC RUSNANO. Member of the Executive Board of OJSC RUSNANO and Member of the Executive Board of the Fund for Infrastructure and Educational Programs. From March 2011 till June 2012, Yuri was Director for Innovative Development and Member of the Executive Board of RUSNANO.

Since 2009, Yuri is the Director for Innovative Development and Member of the Executive Board of Nanotechnologies State Corporation.

Yuri served as the Head of Energy System Reformation Department of RAO UES of Russia, OAO from 2003 to 2004. Yuri served as the Head of Corporate Strategy Department of RAO UES of Russia, OAO from 2002 to 2003 and from 2003 to 2004, Yuri served as the Head of Energy System Reformation Department of RAO UES of Russia, OAO.

Yuri has been a Member of the Board of Directors at Russian Venture Company (Open Joint Stock Company) since June 30, 2010.

Yuri also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at BIND Biosciences from November 2011.

Yuri serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at RVC (OJSC), Inc. and Selecta Biosciences, Inc.

Yuri served as a Member of the Board and Head of Energy System Reformation Department of RAO UES of Russia, OAO from 2004 to 2008.

Yuri also served as a Director General of Karana, ÎÎÎ from 2000 to 2002. From 1996 to 2000, Yuri served as a Director of Representation Office of Krana Corporation.

Yuri graduated from the Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Economics at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology in 1984.
