Zak Brown was appointed Chief Executive of CSM in March 2015. Prior to this he played a central role as Group Chief Business Development Officer at CSM since JMI joined the group in October 2013. As founder of CSM agency JMI, Zak Brown is a leading global authority on motorsport marketing.

Zak has a global reach and influence in many aspects of motorsport including Formula 1, NASCAR and IndyCar. His list of accomplishments with JMI, which also has offices in Indianapolis, London and Hong Kong, includes playing a key role in successfully lifting NASCAR’s 50-plus year ban on spirits sponsorship.

Zak and JMI have raised more motorsport sponsorship in the past decade than any other agency. Zak has also been named in the SportsBusiness Journal’s Forty Under 40 Hall of Fame, Business F1 Magazine’s ‘Formula One Power List’ and Charlotte Observer’s annual ‘NASCAR Power List’. As JMI CEO, he developed the business to become the largest motorsport marketing agency in the world.
