Thyagarajan is the Chief Financial Officer of Servion. Thyag is an astute Finance professional who is a strong proponent of corporate governance practices and works closely with the Servion Board. Besides managing the complete finance function for all of Servion and its overseas subsidiaries, he also manages the Internal Audit team, Corporate Governance, Risk Management and Procurement divisions.Thyag brings in over 18 years of experience across the entire gamut of Finance including business finance, controllership, treasury, risk management, corporate restructuring, and taxation. Prior to Servion, he held several leadership positions at Bharti Airtel, Maersk Shipping, Ibibo Group and Sify. Thyag holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the Madras University, India. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
