M. Rangarajan

Rangarajan Madanagopalan is the Executive Director and a Member of the Board at Servion. Ranga is passionate about customer service and in 1995, along with four partners, he founded Servion to transform the way customer service is delivered across the globe. In his current role, Ranga is responsible for the Research and Development of Servion’s suite of CX Platforms. Over the last 28 years, Ranga has played a variety of leadership roles across sales, marketing, business development, delivery, operations and human resources. Prior to taking over his current role, he was managing global delivery and support, where he led a differentiated Managed Services practice. Ranga has also been responsible for setting up Servion’s subsidiaries and businesses in the US and Middle East markets. Ranga holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, India.
