Tetsuro Kouda was born in Sasebo, Nagasaki prefecture in 1985.After graduating from Sasebo National College of Technology, Kouda was admitted to the University of Tsukuba for systems engineering.
After graduation, Kouda was hired by Accenture to work in management consultation. Kouda worked with electrical manufacturing in major companies, high-tech business strategy, marketing, and IT consultation. Upon retirement, Kouda and Shiota co-founded Akatsuki.
